Depending on how you use Rhaina, you may provide information such as:

• Profile photo
• Professional or business information, such as your business name, role, industry, website, and bio
• Location information you choose to provide
• Interests, values, goals, and networking preferences
• The type of connection you are currently seeking, such as collaboration, referrals, friendship, or people nearby
• Communities or Rooms you join or interact with
• Profile information and other content you choose to share
• Messages, posts, comments, reactions, and other communications made through the Service
• Information you provide when applying to join Rhaina, contacting us, or otherwise communicating with us

Matching Data

Rhaina uses information about you to help identify potentially relevant people within the network.

Rhaina may use matching scores or other derived signals generated using SHEER relational intelligence. Rhaina does not receive or store your complete SHEER assessment responses or full SHEER personality profile simply because you complete or use SHEER in connection with Rhaina.

SHEER is a separate Reladium product and may have its own privacy practices governing information collected directly through SHEER.

Usage and Technical Data

When you use Rhaina, we may automatically collect information such as:

• Device and browser information
• IP address
• Operating system
• Pages or features accessed
• Dates and times of access
• Interactions with matches and other members
• Community and Room activity
• Invitations, introductions, connection activity, and other actions taken within the Service
• Diagnostic, performance, and usage information

We may use cookies or similar technologies on our websites and services to operate the Service, remember preferences, understand usage, and improve performance.

Communications

When you communicate through features provided by Rhaina, we may store those communications as necessary to provide the Service, maintain safety, investigate reported violations, and enforce our Terms.

We may use information we collect to:

• Create and maintain your account and profile
• Review membership applications
• Provide and operate Rhaina
• Generate and improve member matching
• Surface people based on your current networking goals and other relevant matching information
• Enable members to discover, communicate, and build relationships with one another
• Provide Rooms and other community features
• Send service-related messages, notifications, recommendations, and updates
• Respond to questions and support requests
• Understand how people use Rhaina
• Develop, test, maintain, and improve the Service
• Protect the security and integrity of Rhaina
• Detect or prevent fraud, spam, abuse, or other prohibited activity
• Enforce our Terms of Service
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, research, product development, and other legitimate business purposes where the information does not reasonably identify you.

We do not sell your personal information.

With other Rhaina members. Information you include in your member profile or choose to share through community features may be visible to other members according to the functionality and privacy settings of the Service.

Through matching. Profile information may be shown to other members when Rhaina surfaces you as a potential connection or otherwise makes your profile discoverable within the network.

With service providers. We may use third-party companies to provide infrastructure, hosting, analytics, communications, security, payment processing, and other services necessary to operate Rhaina. These providers may access information only as needed to perform services for us.

For legal and safety purposes. We may disclose information when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests; protect the rights, safety, or property of Reladium, Rhaina, our members, or others; investigate fraud or abuse; or enforce our agreements.

In connection with a business transaction. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction involving Reladium or its products, subject to applicable law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

These measures may include encrypted transmission, access controls, secure infrastructure, and other security practices appropriate to the nature of the information.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain your account, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy applicable legal or business requirements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and why it was collected.

You may be able to review or update certain profile and account information through Rhaina.

Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information to third-party services.

Rhaina is intended for adults age 18 and older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in Rhaina, our practices, or applicable requirements.
